A: The plush animals are made of plush, polyester fur, cotton fillings.

Q: What animals do you make?
A: While most of the orders are dogs and cats, we can also make other animals such as horses and rabbits. Flat price for all animals. No hidden costs.

Q: What about the mouth shape?

A: We offer three choices: closed no tongue, closed with tongue, open with tongue.

Q: What's your return and exchange policy?
A: Because the plush animals and golf club covers are custom-made and preview-approved, we do not offer return.

Q: Can I preview my orders?
A: Yes. We will send you pictures for review and approval. We will modify the design based on your feedback. Please note: each modification will take 3-5 days. We will ship your item only after your approval of the previews or 8 weeks after order (if we do not hear back from you).

A: Preview images will be sent within 2-4 weeks of the order, and production will be completed 2 days after your approval. The total time from order to delivery can range from 4 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve the previews and the amount of modifications.

If you need your item sooner, we offer a rush service for 4 weeks or an extreme rush service for 2 weeks. 

Q: Is shipping cost included in the price?

A: Shipping cost is included in the price, and there are no additional hidden fees.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple items in the same order?

A: We do not offer discounts for 1-3 identical pieces. If you would like to order more than 3 identical plush animals, please contact us.

Q: How can I find out the status of my order?
A: We will send three notification emails.

• An email that the design is started or additional information is needed (in about 1 week)
• An email that the production is complete and with preview pictures (usually within 3 weeks)
• An email with tracking number once your order is shipped (usually within 2 days after your approval).

Q: Who is responsible for paying customs taxes and duties?

A: There is no custom taxes and duties for plush items for most of the countries. However, if your country requires, the custom taxes and duties of your country is your responsibility. We will provide you with appropriate receipt upon your request.
