DragonMoss is an independent team of custom pet plush makers—not a retailer passing your order to an unrelated workshop. Most members of our core team began working together in custom pet plush production in 2015, and DragonMoss was established under our own name in 2022.

The people who receive your photos and feedback are part of the same team that designs, makes, finishes, previews, and ships your custom piece. Before shipping a HugTwin or PawCaddie order, we send photos of the actual finished product and handle reasonable modifications directly.

What photos should I upload?

Clear front, both sides, and back photos work best. Close-up face photos help us match eyes, nose, markings, and fur direction.

Can I review the plush before shipping?

We send photos of the actual finished plush before shipping. You may request reasonable modifications. If, after several rounds, you still feel that we cannot meet your expectations, you may cancel before shipping for a full refund.

Do you make pet memorial plush gifts?

Yes. Many DragonMoss plushes are ordered as memorial keepsakes, sympathy gifts, or comforting companions made from a favorite pet photo.
