Q1: Can I return my custom plush animal?
A1: Since the plush animals are customized to your specifications and approved by you before production, we do not accept returns.
Q2: Can I preview my order?
A2: Yes. We will send you images of the plush animal for your review and approval. We will modify based on your feedback. Each modification will take additional 3-5 days. Your order will only be shipped after you approve the final design, or 6 weeks after the order is placed if we do not hear back from you.
